Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research on new product ideas or new enhancements
• Interacting with customers and field (main users)
• Usability testing, product testing, gathering insights on what the users need from the digital platforms
• Lead a team of product designers
• Train junior researchers
• Lead independent design workshops with other stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines at the same time
• UX Research experience
• Undergrad Degree required
• 8 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
